Sybreed - God is an Automaton
The final album before the breakup of Sybreed, "God is an Automaton" was the point at which the band arguably settled into their sound, an interesting mixture of programmed synthesizers and industrial metal, which they dubbed "Death Wave". After the departure of lead singer Benjamin Nominet, the remaining band members went on to form a project called Obsydians, featuring various guest vocalists.
